This multi-faceted
job required a combination of new roof,
tricky transitions into recently renovated
sections, and extensive flashing to
seal HVAC vents, pipes, and ductwork,
as well as managing water removal along
a parapet wall that surrounded this
130,000 square-foot roof. Triangle used
EPDM from Firestone Building Products
to successfully complete this job. Owned
